Russian DSP for Computer Vision

Working on Computer Vision research, I discovered the Russian manufacturer of Disgital Signal Processors ELVEES-NEOTEK, and its brand new SOC ELISE designed for computer vision.

ELISE SOC designed for 28 nm technology dying and is oriented for global video anlytics markets: Smart Cities, Smart Retail, IoT/IIoT, AR/VR etc. IP-cameras with smart video analytics also may be designed based on SOC ELISE.

The architecture of SOC ELISE is shown below. It contains a variety of IP-modules for stereo video images processing, multicore CPU, high-performance GPU, and multi-standard global positioning processor (GPS/GLONASS).
